The Taskforce on Survivors of Trafficking in Immigration Detention is a group of 14 organisations working with, or for, victims of trafficking. This briefing sets out the Taskforce’s recommendations for measures which need to be taken to ensure no victim of trafficking is detained under immigration powers, that victims and survivors of trafficking are able to access the support and protection that they need for them to recover and break the cycle of trafficking, and for the UK to meet its international obligations.
